Venus Freeze uses a combination Multi-Polar Radio Frequency (MPRF) and Pulsed Electro Magnetic Fields (PEMF), working together to heat the tissue beneath your skin. This encourages the body’s production of more collagen and elastic fibers. This results in smoother, firmer skin that appears more youthful. 

 Radio frequency is safe for every skin tone, and after a few simple treatments, your skin will be smoother and tighter. The treatment is very simple and you can go back to work immediately.

Are you a good candidate for Venus Freeze?

Anyone who has lost some of their skin’s elasticity and starts to show signs of wrinkles, fine lines and sagging is a good candidate. However, You may not be eligible for this treatment due to safety concerns if you have:

  • Thyroid gland disorder uncontrolled
  • Varicose veins
  • Are you pregnant or undergoing IVF treatment?
  • Autoimmune diseases of the skin
  • Injections and silicone implants in the region
  • Inflammation and/or infection of the treatment area
  • History or current cancer
  • Degenerative neurologic diseases or other diseases that are related to the treatment area and which are triggered by heat (e.g. herpes)
  • A pacemaker/internal defibrillator
  • Treatment area for metal implants (exclusions dental)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Venus Freeze Procedure & Recovery

We will begin your treatment with a consultation and discussion to decide if the Venus Freeze is right for you. To begin the treatment, we will prepare the treatment area by cleaning and then applying glide gel to the treatment area. The applicator is placed on the skin while keeping a consistent movement as the applicator gradually heats up until your skin until it reaches the desired temperature. You can let the operator know if it feels too hot and they will adjust the settings to make it more comfortable. 

This treatment is designed to be comfortable and many people compare the experience to a hot stone massage. The treatment time typically lasts between 15 to 35 minutes, depending on the area. After the treatment, the gel is removed, then we apply finished creams based on specific skin concerns. We recommend treatments are booked weekly for the recommended 8 treatment session package
